DescriptionA standing bagpiper wears a puce and gilt flower-sprigged yellow jacket, a pink waistcoat and turquoise breeches. The figure has a recumbent dog at his feet and stands on a gilt scroll-molded mound base with applied colorful florets. From a Meissen porcelain model of 1750-1755.
